Kumar Gopichand Kedari

Founder and Director

Kumar started JSN Techmark because he could see that small and mid-sized businesses in Pune were getting a poor deal from IT vendors. They were paying too much for Microsoft licenses, getting slow support, and being pushed into solutions that did not fit their needs. He built JSN Techmark to do things differently. Kumar has over 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud solutions and leads the company's Microsoft and AWS partnerships.

Co-Founder and Director

Swapnil co-founded JSN Techmark and runs the software licensing practice. He is an expert in Microsoft CSP management and software asset management audits. His SAM audit process has found over Rs.1 crore in wasted software spending for clients across Maharashtra. Swapnil manages vendor relationships and leads the company's work in Nashik and Mumbai.

He is a certified Azure Solutions Architect and AWS Associate who has delivered over 30 cloud migrations across manufacturing, healthcare, and education clients in Maharashtra. He is the go-to person for complex Azure setups, hybrid cloud architecture, and DPDPA compliance.

Our Story

How We Got Here

JSN Techmark was started in 2022 by Kumar and Swapnil after years of working in IT and seeing the same problems repeatedly. Businesses in Pune were paying too much for software they were barely using. IT vendors were selling solutions without understanding the actual problem. Cloud migrations were going wrong because nobody planned them properly.

We started with a focus on Microsoft 365 licensing and SAM audits because that is where we could make an immediate, measurable difference. From there, we built out cloud migration services, infrastructure projects, managed IT, and most recently AI systems.

Today we serve over 50 clients across Maharashtra, have engineers certified in Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365, and have delivered AI projects for manufacturing and mining clients in India and internationally.

2022

JSN Techmark founded in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. First Microsoft CSP authorisation completed.

2023

Cloud migration practice launched. First AWS project completed. Team grew to 10 engineers.

2024

Managed IT services launched. First AI project delivered. International project in Indonesia completed.

2025

AI practice expanded. Web development services added. Rs.1 crore in client savings milestone reached.
